Click on the gray "2010 registration form" link, and it will take you to the page where you can download and print the form.

I am getting excited about the Crop out Diabetes Event. I am wondering what you would like from me? I would be happy to bring some Creative Memories items, catalogs, whatever.....I will give 15% of sales back to the cause. How many are registered? Give be a buzz when you have a moment. Thanks.
